REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

2. Refund Policy:
We offer a full refund on any product that is damaged or faulty. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

3. Return Policy: We accept returns on any product that is in its original condition and packaging, and has not been used. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit

4. Return Process: To initiate a return or refund, please bring the product along with the original receipt or invoice to the customer service desk in our store. Our team will inspect the product and process the return or refund as per our policy.

5. Refund Methods:  We will refund your payment using the original method of payment, or provide store credit if you prefer. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions:  We do not offer refunds or returns on perishable items, such as food or flowers, etc. We also do not accept returns on products that have been used, damaged, or faulty.

We would like to remind you to please check your product before accepting it from the delivery person. This will ensure that you receive the correct product in good condition.

In the unlikely event that there is any damage to the product, please inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the product. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that you receive the best possible service from us.

CANCELLATION POLICY


At Bissho Bazar, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to cancel your order, we have a cancellation policy in place.

1. Cancellation before Shipment:
You can cancel your order before the shipment of the products by contacting our customer support team. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order within 7-10 business days. Once the shipment has been processed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation after Shipment:
In case you want to cancel your order after the shipment of the products, you need to refuse to accept the delivery of the products when it arrives at your doorstep. Once we receive the products back in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the products back in our warehouse.

3. Cancellation of Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products sold on Bissho Bazar are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are clearly mentioned on the product detail page. If you cancel your order for such products, no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation due to Out of Stock:

In rare cases, if the product you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel your order and initiate a full refund within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Policy:
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid for the products minus any discounts, coupons, or promotions used at the time of purchase.
